Our programs are open to African youth aged 16 years and above from any African country. We welcome applicants from all educational backgrounds, employment statuses, and life circumstances. Our mission is to empower as many young people as possible, regardless of their starting point.

We typically review applications within 7-14 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after submitting your application, and we'll keep you updated throughout the review process. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview, and final decisions are communicated via email and phone.

Absolutely! We encourage you to apply for all programs that interest you. Our application form allows you to select multiple programs in one submission. However, depending on program schedules and your availability, you may need to prioritize which programs to take first.

ISIGEF is funded through a combination of individual donations, corporate sponsorships, grants from foundations and government agencies, and partnerships with like-minded organizations. We maintain complete transparency in our financial operations and publish annual reports showing how donations are used to empower African youth.

No! While our headquarters is in Nigeria, we operate across 15 African countries and offer both in-person and online programs. Depending on the specific program, you may be able to participate remotely via our digital learning platforms, or we may have partner locations in your country where programs are delivered.

Upon successful completion, you'll receive a certificate of completion. But our support doesn't end there! We provide ongoing mentorship, help with job placements or business setup, connect you with our alumni network, and may offer advanced training opportunities. Many of our graduates become volunteers, mentors, or ambassadors, helping to empower the next generation.
